Banana Overnight Oats is a flexible recipe that can easily be customised to suit dietary and flavour preferences.
- 1/2 cup ripe banana, chopped
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder, optional
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder, optional
- 2 tbsp walnut, chopped
- Add all of the ingredients in a resalable container. Shake everything well.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with fresh banana slices and walnuts before serving.
