Peanut Butter & Berries Smoothie: Frozen ripe bananas and frozen berries blended together in a smoothie with peanut butter and yoghurt make a perfect start for busy mornings.
- 1 ripe banana, peeled, thickly sliced & frozen
- 1 cup of frozen berries
- 3/4 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- Pinch of kosher salt, optional
- Throw everything into a blender. Blend until smooth.
